For AIRCRAFT Operators  – Emergency Response Plan – ERP
  • Preparation, implementation (and / or improvement), training, testing (exercising), maintenance and review – related to all types of aircraft operator emergency / crisis / contingency response plans – but with particular focus on the ‘catastrophic air accident’ related ‘Emergency Response Plan‘
  • Compliance with the ERP and similar requirements of ICAO’s ‘SMS’ together with IATA’s ‘IOSA’ & ‘ISSA’ etc. audits – plus observance of appropriate statutory, regulatory and ‘best practice’ matters e.g. those regarding planning for and delivering of aviation related ‘Humanitarian (Family) Assistance’ type services
  • Use of internationally accepted principles to consistently facilitate ‘quality’ when providing solutions and services
  • Provision of our services is typically around 2 to 3 times faster than that of our competitors e.g. within a 4 to 6 month period we can produce a fully effective and efficient airline ERP (starting from the absolute zero point) – including all documentation, training and a series of initial exerises to ‘validate / check out’ what has been produced. Of course, such speed of delivery realises significant savings for the customer – not just in terms of time but also in money and other resources

For AIRPORT Operators – Airport Emergency Plan – AEP
  • Solutions and services similar in principle to the above – but now based on the context of  an ICAO compliant (Annex 14 and Airport Services Manual Parts 5 and 7 etc.) airport emergency plan

For GROUND HANDLING AGENTS – Emergency Response Plan – (GHA) ERP
  • Similar in principle to both of the above (i.e. aircraft and airport operators) – but now based on the unique emergency response planning demands and requirements made of the typical GHA i.e. a mix of client airline ERP needs, parent airport AEP needs – combined with a dash of the GHA’s own specific ERP requirements

Aviation Related BUSINESS CONTINUITY Plan – BCP
  • AERPS is one of very few consultants capable of competently dealing with aviation specific business continuity (BC) planning matters (BCP) – typically based on international BC standards – ISO 22301:2019 & ISO22313:2020

OTHER Aviation Related Contingency Plans
  • Aircraft related and similar incident response plans
  • Aviation related ‘communicable disease‘ (with emphasis on ‘pandemic’) contingency plans. (We use the COVID-19 pandemic [2020 – 2022] for major reference and as the main case study – for the purposes of this particular Plan)
  • Aviation related ‘natural disaster‘ contingency plans (principally targeted at ‘tour operator / holiday package’ type airlines and their pre-planning for response to hurricanes)
  • The provision of humanitarian assistance to Air Accident Victims and others ‘involved’ (e.g. latter includes ‘family, relatives & friends’ [FR] of air accident victims – where such FR had not been on board the accident flight)

OUR CONSULTANCY RATES ARE TYPICALLY AROUND 30 to 50% LESS EXPENSIVE THAN THE NORM

Our training fees are even better value as they are NOT based on a ‘cost per trainee’ basis…………e.g. taking a 5 day training course for 20 persons – we would typically come in at 80 – 90 % less / cheaper than the equivalent fees charged by any of our competitors e.g. ACI, AVIEM, Blake, Crisis Advisors, FEI, GoCrisis, IATA, ICAO, JAA TO, Kenyon etc.

Furthermore, if a client / customer has reasonable grounds for not being satisfied with what we deliver during training, NO CONSULTANCY FEE WILL BE CHARGED – it’s as clear and simple as that! (See ‘Terms and Conditions‘ webpage for details)

Lastly, if any training is taken 100% on-line (e.g. via Zoom; Skype etc.) IT IS PROVIDED AT ABSOLUTELY NO COST (i.e. is 100% FREE) to trainees, latters’ parent organisation etc.
