The AERPS consultant offers up to 2 hours FREE advice by means of telephone and / or Zoom only. Such advice can generally relate to most (if not all) subject areas found in this website
Terms & Conditions Related to ‘Free Expert Advice & Support’ during Actual Emergency Response Operations
If you have previously engaged our services and we have made a major contribution to your ‘catastrophic aircraft accident’ emergency / crisis response plan or equivalent – we will provide FREE expert advice and support to you (upon request) should you (i.e. your organisation) be so unfortunate as to actually experience this specific type of occurrence (i.e. a catastrophic aircraft accident or equivalent type event)

Terms & Conditions – Training Fee Cancellation
Where a customer / client is not satisfied with any aspect of any training provided / delivered by the AERPS consultant (acting as ‘the trainer’), the latter will consider cancelling any training fee to be charged for same. However, all associated costs and expenses incurred in preparing for and delivering such training (including travel, accommodation and subsistence costs etc.) shall still be reimbursed to the trainer (on production of associated receipts, tickets etc.) in a timely manner, regardless of any ongoing application and / or result for (of) such training fee cancellation
Reasonably robust ‘proof’ as to why a customer / client might ‘not be so satisfied’ must be provided to the AERPS consultant before associated training fee cancellation can be considered. The final decision as to cancellation shall always be that of the AERPS consultant. However, he undertakes to act at all times in a fair and objective manner (based on the actual circumstances prevailing at the time) when making such decision

As a condition of using this website and in accord with all ‘Terms & Conditions’ documented above and the ‘Privacy Policy’ etc. shown below, all persons and entities viewing this website will be deemed to be doing so in full agreement and cognizance of same. Separate and ‘specially / specifically’ drafted Terms & Conditions shall apply where FREE consultancy services are provided to successfully applying organisations, entities etc. which ‘wholly belong’ to countries (states) classified by the United Nations as ‘least developed‘. Ghana, Papua New Guinea and Zimbabwe may also similarly apply for such free services.
