Terms & Conditions Related to Specific Use of ‘DOCUMENTS’ Section of this Website (on a FREE basis)

(1) Unless specifically and / or by implication and / or otherwise stated (herein and / or anywhere else) – or clearly existing already in the public domain, the  AERPS consultant is the original author, owner and copyright holder of all documents, articles, literature etc. (the ‘work‘) accessible via the following pages of this website:

As an exception to the copyright related terms and conditions shown at the top of this page (under the section entitled ‘General’), all and any entities and persons are hereby licensed / authorised by the original author / owner / copyright holder of the work, to use same (as bullet-point listed immediately above) – under the terms of a specific ‘creative commons licence – entitled ‘Attribution – Non Commercial 3.0 Unported Licence, CC BY-NC 3.0′

Entities and persons wishing to take advantage of this licence should ensure that they are familiar with and can (and do) fully comply with its terms and conditions

For any other use (e.g. for commercial / profit / reward etc. purposes)written permission (via the contact page of this website) from the original author / owner / copyright holder MUST still be obtained

(2) Unless specifically and / or by implication and / or otherwise stated (or already clearly existing  in the public domain) the  AERPS consultant is the original author, owner and copyright holder of all documents, articles, literature etc. (thework) accessible via the link shown immediately below:

The referred to ‘exception’ just above does not apply to info articles indicated / annotated (on the ‘Information Articles’ webpage itself) with a red asterisk [*]. The latter are typically ‘independent’ (from this website) documents and will have their own (separate) copyright conditions. If the reader wishes to make use of such documents (where such use might involve copyright etc. related matters) he / she should manage this accordingly with the appropriate copyright holder(s)

Note well that this item (2) exception is quite different in scope from that given in the separate item (1) exception (latter as shown a little further above)

Reasonably robust ‘proof’ as to why a customer / client might ‘not be so satisfied’ must be provided to the AERPS consultant before associated training fee cancellation can be considered. The final decision as to cancellation shall always be that of the AERPS consultant. However, he undertakes to act at all times in a fair and objective manner (based on the actual circumstances prevailing at the time) when making such decision

Ghana, Papua New Guinea and Zimbabwe may also similarly apply for such free services.
